All Orders are sent Via Australia Post.

Products are sent via Australia post E Parcel - you will be advised of the Tracking number once your order has been processed.

Standard Sachels have limited tracking abilities.

SHIPPING

We have a flat rate delivery fee of $10 for Standard Australia post to all deliveries within Australia and New Zealand. Any orders over $100 are subject to free standard Australia post delivery within Australia. Other shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout.  Express shipping and other options may be available.


DAWGS endeavors to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt of a completed order. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Other shipping delays will include Christmas and Easter shut down periods.

Express and Overnight Delivery orders placed after 10am Brisbane Time will be processed the following business day.
